Welcome to the home page of Prince William Yacht Club (PWYC). We are based in Occoquan, Virginia, in the Prince William Marina. The purpose of the club is to promote safe and responsible boating and to represent its member's interests in matters affecting recreational boating. The club is a member club of the Potomac River Yacht Clubs Association (PRYCA) and of the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Club Association (CBYCA).

Because the club members have so much fun at marina parties and on trips, the acronym PWYC has also come to stand for "Party While You Can". Some of the activities that are planned for this year are a couple trips to various marinas on the Potomac and Chesapeake Bay, and the social committee is planning theme parties, similar to the Lost Weekend, a Jimmy Buffet party, Pirate's Party, in addition to Opening and Closing Day parties. The "Calendar of Events" page will be updated as dates and events are decided.
